Nallıhan Bird Paradise, which is noted for its location on the Silk Road, is one of the most spectacular natural beauties of Ankara.

Nallıhan Bird Sanctuary, which is located within the borders of the town named Nallıhan in Ankara, was granted National Park status in 1994. This place is home to approximately 170 species of birds. Especially during bird migration periods, this place literally turns into a visual feast. Domestic and foreign visitors who already come to the region follow periods of migration.

Nallıhan Bird Sanctuary is opened in 1959. It is also located in an area very close to the Sariyer Dam. Nallıhan Bird Sanctuary, home to the village of Davutoglu, is 29 kilometers from the district center. Hunting around here has been forbidden for a very long time. Human activities are reduced as much as possible, and bird species have been able to be significantly protected.
