Cekirge Bath, one of the works of the Ottoman Empire in Bursa, which has a very deep-rooted bath culture, is located in the district of Osmangazi, I. Murat Street, Çekirge district.

Cekirge Bath is also known as Cekirge Sultan Adak Bath or Women's Bath. The exact construction date of the bath, which was built in the second half of the 14th century during the reign of Murat I, the third of the Ottoman sultans, is between 1365 and 1370. Moreover, since it was built, it is considered sacred by women and believed to be healing. This is why it is called the Women's Bath.

Cekirge Hamam remains below the road level as road construction works have been carried out around it many times over the past centuries. For this reason, the entrance to the bath is provided by descending a few steps. The bath, which is built for those who have no financial situation, is therefore made on the basis of free use.

Cekirge bath, which is made of brick and has a motif resembling sea waves, welcomes its guests with a long corridor. At the end of the corridor, there is a transition to the cold room covered with a single dome. In addition, the transition to the dome is provided by the squinches inside. From this section, there is another corridor with a rectangular plan. This corridor also contains the sink, as well as the temperature and razor sections.

Cekirge Bath, whose body walls were built with cut stone and brick, is one of the important works of Bursa's deep-rooted Ottoman history.
