Suuçtu Waterfall

The Suuçtu Waterfall is formed after the collapse of a fault line here. The waterfall, which is considered as one of the most important natural beauties of the region, spills about 40 meters high. Although the water is relatively low in summer, people show a great deal of interest in the waterfall during these periods. Suuçtu Waterfall in winter periods because of its pond can encounter a great view. The reason the local people show interest here in the summer months is that there are very large promenade areas around the waterfall. Especially the beech trees around the falls create a great atmosphere here in terms of picnicking. It is seen as an important Clean Air Depot for people living in the big city. Another important feature of Suuçtu Waterfall and its surroundings is that it is an important camping area for young people in the city. Besides beech trees, poplar and pine trees can be found in the areas where the camp areas are dense. There is a total driving distance of 17 kilometers between Suuçtu Waterfall and Mustafakemalpaşa district. To come to the waterfall, you must enter the road where Yalıntaş Village is located.
