Esat Pasha Mosque

Esat Pasha Mosque, one of the buildings that stands out for its elegant minaret and simplicity in Erzurum, the city of Mosques, has been on a high hill that has dominated the city for hundreds of years. According to the marble book located above the entrance gate of the mosque, it was built in the name of Mahmoud by Esat Muhlis Pasha, who served as governor of Erzurum for seven years between 1830 and 1836, was appointed by Sultan Muhlis Pasha.
