Bahriye Nezareti Fountain

Bahriye Nezareti (Naval Ministry) Fountain getting its name from "Naval Ministry" that is the ministry responsible for the Ottoman Navy in the Ottoman Empire is one of the oldest fountains in Istanbul. The fountain, which was opened in 1917 and welcomes visitors to the island with all its glory, still surprises those who see it with the fact that it still looks like the first day.

Bahriye Nezareti Fountain having an excellent location in Lausanne Square, one of the most central points of Heybeliada, is built of marble and cut stone and reflects its eclectic style in general terms.
