Buyukada Square

Büyükada Square is the place where the biggest reunions and sweetest separations of Büyükada, which is the largest island off the Marmara coast of Istanbul and takes its name from here, are experienced.

Büyükada Square, where the ferries and ferries coming to the island are anchored and departing from, is the most crowded place of the island. On the other hand, this place, where there are many cafes and shopping points, is the heart of the island for those who come here for the first time.

Buyukada Square, where bicycles or electric phaetons can be rented, a nice Turkish coffee can be drunk against the view, and the best of the profiteroles and eclairs made from Belgian chocolate can be eaten, also has an emotional side as both the first and last point of the guests who come to the island. However, the island's square, with its spontaneous peaceful and lively energy, knows how to turn even separations into a sweet farewell.

In addition to all these, Büyükada Square is the beginning of the road leading to the Aya Yorgi Church, a door opening into the natural beauties you want to step into, and most importantly, it is a place where the peace of the island people, who are not racing against time but having no business with time, is felt. For this reason, it is a frequent destination for both the weekend getaways of Istanbulites and the tourists.
