Inebolu City Museum

It was built as a madrasa by Abdurrahman pasha, the governor of Kastamonu, in 1882 on the instruction of Sultan Abdulhamid II. Although the Inebolu City Museum has been left to its fate for many years and had a fire, it is reborn from its ashes and today welcomes its visitors as a museum. In fact, the Inebolu City Museum, which was built in madrasa logic and served for this purpose for many years, has hosted many subjects in the time reached to date. The building was completed in 1882 and was used as the Inebolu Municipality Service Building for many years. The building, which was damaged after a fire in 1996, was completely evacuated in 1997 and left in ruins for years. By 2014, the Inebolu City Museum, which was reborn from its ashes with the restoration work carried out, reflects the city's rich historical and cultural accumulation to its visitors. The museum, which opens its doors to visitors to get to know and see Inebolu better, can be visited from 08:30 to 12:30/13:30-17:30 except Mondays.
