Beyşehir Lake, which attracts its visitors to nature with its serenity, was granted national park status in 1993. Beyşehir Lake's height to the sea is more than one meter high. The lake, which reaches the Mediterranean by following the Manavgat River, is fed from underground sources rather than the nearby Taurus Mountains. Beyşehir Lake, Turkey's largest lake with fresh water, is ranked 3rd in terms of its size. This magnificent lake, which is one of the water near where Anatolian civilizations passed the settled life and live, is located in Beyşehir district, whose historical history dates back to 7000 BC. It is the life source of many civilizations, from hittites to Egyptians, Syrians to Phrygians, Psinians to Lydians and even the Romans to Alexander the Great. Beyşehir Lake, which was included in the Anatolian Seljuk territory with the Malazgirt War in 1071, has been home to Turks for hundreds of years. The environment affected by the climate zone created by the lake welcomes visitors with its immaculate air and natural beauty. Beyşehir Lake offers its visitors the opportunity to have peaceful moments with its serenity, where explorers who come to discover Konya have the opportunity to rest both their bodies and souls.

Türkiyenin en büyük Tatlı gölü konumda olan şehri bambaşka bir hale çeviren çok güzel bir göl özellikle gün batımında görsel şölen sunuyor.
