We are at the eternal resting point of the rulers of the Anatolian Seljuk State. In the early 12th century. The tomb built by Kılıç Arslan II is still home to the Turkish rulers of the past period. The work, which belongs to the classical Seljuk architectural period, is included in the construction of the Aladdin Mosque. The tomb, which houses the tomb of many of the sultans of the Seljuk State of Anatolia, reigned between 1156 and 1192. It is built by Kılıç Arslan II, who also carried out the first coin printing of his state. Kilic Arslan is a politician and statesman who has contributed greatly to the progress of the Seljuks during his time on the throne. When you look at its architectural features, the dome of the tomb, which is shaped like a prism with 10 façade from cut stones, is also in the form of a cone with 10 corners. The work, made by son of the Abdulgaffar, Yusuf, an architect, stands firm, despite more than 800 years elapsed. When the inside of the tomb is examined, niche and tile use of important features of Seljuk architecture stand out. Vertical niches extend to the dome, affecting its explorers in their glory. Inside the tomb there are also sandukas made with the art of tile decoration. Over time, the tiles on the sandukas that destroyed were repaired in 2006. The work of historians and archaeologists is clear that eight sultan's tombs are located in the Tomb of seljuk sultans. In the tomb there is a sanduka for each sultan's tomb, Mesud I, Alaaddin Keykubat I, Gıyaseddin Keyhüsrev I, Kılıç Arslan II, Rükneddin Suleiman II, Gıyaseddin Keyhüsrev II, Gıyaseddin Keyhüsrev III and IV. The tombs of The Kılıç Arslan are located.
